'Flat-Rate' Shipping Prices For International Customers

At the beginning of the year we told you that we had many improvements in store for 2017, and here is the first one!

As of today April 1, 2017, the postage costs for international shipments (i.e. shipments to all countries other than the United States and United Kingdom) are now '100% Flat-Rate Guaranteed'.

What does this mean exactly? Well, in the past our international postage prices per shipment would rise incrementally with the increase in volume of product ordered at checkout i.e. due to the increase in end parcel weight, which meant that (despite benefiting from usual bulk quantity discounts) our international customers were not able to reduce the apportioned shipping cost per item purchased when buying in larger quantities per order.

However, the good news is that, as of today, the incrementally increasing international shipping price structure has finally been abolished! This means the international shipping cost that we now charge, remains the same irrespective of the number of items ordered and thus irrespective of any increases in the end parcel weight. As a result, our international customers can now reduce the apportioned shipping cost per item purchased, simply by purchasing a larger quantity of items within a single order.
