Icariin Health™ gladly accepts returns under the following simple and fair terms:
In order to keep our 'returns period' courteous for customers in all parts of the globe we stipulate that the product(s) you wish to return must be returned to us within 14 calendar days from the 'date in which your order was delivered'. The purchased item(s) from Icariin Health™ must still be 'fully factory sealed’ and 'completely unused', as once the product is unsealed and/or tampered with it is deemed non-returnable.
On decision to make a return you must firstly email us at: email@example.com stating your name, order number and reason for return. We will then provide you with the appropriate instructions and return reference number. **Packages returned to us without contacting us beforehand, will not be accepted.**
Please be advised that you are fully responsible for both 'the shipping cost of the return' and 'the package being returned safely', therefore we advise that for your own peace of mind you return the parcel using a reputable shipping company with tracking and insurance.
Once we have received your returned item(s) and we are satisfied that the item(s) are 'fully factory sealed' and 'completely unused' we will issue you a refund to the value of the returned item(s) less the cost of shipping incurred on the original order dispatched to you by Icariin Health™. You will be notified of your refund via an email confirmation.
Please Note: Once an order has been submitted to our fulfillment centre (which can take anywhere from just a few minutes to a few hours from the time in which the order was placed), we cannot cancel the shipment/dispatch of the order from our fulfillment centre (irrespective of whether or not the parcel has actually been handed over to the postal service), at which point the above 'Returns Policy' applies.
