Will my order be shipped discreetly in plain postal-packaging?

At Icariin Health we fully appreciate the need for privacy concerning postal-packaging, therefore we dispatch all parcels as discreetly as possible.

On no occasion will we ever place the words 'Horny Goat Weed' or 'icariin' on the outer postal-packaging in any way, shape or form***. The 'company name' of the sender's address placed on each parcel is the nondescript name of our shipping facility — never our 'shop name' or our 'website domain name'.

For all delivery addresses within the United States & United Kingdom (including the Isle of Man) - shipments are classed as 'domestic', meaning that they are not handled by 'import customs' at any stage and therefore do not require any declaration of contents to be placed upon the parcel.

Shipments to destinations other than those mentioned above, do require a customs declaration to be placed on the outside of the parcel. This declaration will simply state the following description of the contents:

'Dietary Supplement'

***This does not apply for some countries in the European Union, for which a detailed 'Sales Invoice' is required to be affixed to the parcel.
